Apache County Apache County Sex Offender - The Apache County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for registering sex offenders throughout Apache County. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute any person who has been convicted of certain sex offenses is required to register, within 72 hours, with the Sheriff of the county they reside in after their release or after moving to a new location. Please refer to A.R.S. 13-3821 for specific offenses.
Coolidge Coolidge Sex Offender Notification - Arizona state law (A.R.S. 13-3825, Community Notification of Sex Offenders law) requires city and county law enforcement agencies to notify the community when certain sex offenders move into their local jurisdictions. This notification is required when sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, county jail, or who relocate from another city or state. The individuals listed on the Coolidge Sex Offender Website have been convicted of a sex offense, and are now living in Coolidge, Arizona.
Gila County Gila County Sex Offenders: The persons depicted on the following pages are all the known level two and level three registered sex offenders residing in Gila County. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) § 13-3821, a person convicted of a violation or attempted violation of certain offenses or who has been convicted of an offense committed in another jurisdiction that if committed in this state would be a violation or attempted violation of any of the offenses outline in ARS § 13-3821 shall within 10 days after conviction or within 10 days after entering and remaining in any county of this state, shall register with the sheriff of that county.
